Donation Requests

At CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches, we take pride in supporting veterans and nonprofit organizations within the Palm Beaches by assisting in their fundraising endeavors through in-kind donations. Due to the high volume of requests we receive monthly, we kindly request adherence to our guidelines to ensure consideration.

Guidelines and Procedures

  • Requests must be submitted online at CACTIpark.com/donations will be reviewed. Mailed, faxed, or emailed requests will not be considered.

  • Please ensure requests are received by Community Relations at least 6 weeks prior to the event date.

  • Incomplete or duplicate requests will not be considered.

Other Pertinent Information

  • Donation requests are fulfilled with game tickets.

  • Approved requests are usually filled within 30 days of the event date. Requests with longer lead times will be kept on file for fulfillment approximately 30 days before the event.

  • Donations are limited to organizations within the Palm Beaches due to the high volume of requests received.

  • We aim to support as many groups as possible but can only donate to individual organizations once per calendar year.

  • We are unable to donate to for-profit companies or sponsorships such as employee appreciation events, holiday gatherings, or banquets.

  • Follow-up calls regarding donations may be challenging due to the high volume of solicitations received.

  • CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches’ front office personnel cannot facilitate autograph requests for charitable purposes by accepting items via mail or in person for delivery to players.
